Wonton Soup
Here’s a nutritious and kid-friendly wonton soup recipe to delight your child:
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups chopped bok choy or spinach

Steps:
- In a bowl, mix together the ground pork, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, white pepper, and cornstarch until well combined.
- Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold in half to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a simmer. Add the bok choy or spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
