Cheesy Cloud Chips

Here’s a simple recipe for cheesy cloud chips:

Ingredients:
– 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
– 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Parchment paper

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. In a bowl, mix together the shredded cheese, garlic powder, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper.
4. Spoon small mounds of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each mound.
5. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the edges of the cheese mounds start to turn golden brown.
6. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the cheesy cloud chips cool for a few minutes.
7. Carefully lift the chips off the parchment paper and enjoy your crispy, cheesy cloud chips!
