Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of Chinese broccoli (also known as gai lan)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
- Wash the Chinese broccoli and trim off the tough ends. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
