Cornflake-crusted Baked Cod
Here’s a kid-friendly recipe for cornflake-crusted baked cod:
Ingredients:
- 4 cod fillets
- 2 cups cornflakes, crushed
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow dish, mix together the crushed cornflakes, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the flour in another shallow dish, and the beaten eggs in a third shallow dish.
