Easy Baked Rice
Here’s a simple and kid-friendly Asian recipe for easy baked rice:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of uncooked white rice
- 4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, etc.)
- 1 cup of diced chicken or tofu (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, combine the uncooked rice, broth, mixed vegetables, and diced chicken or tofu (if using).
