Easy Chicken Strips

Here’s a kid-friendly recipe for easy chicken strips:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken strip into the flour, then the egg, and finally coat it with the seasoned breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Place the coated chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve with your child’s favorite dipping sauce, such as ketchup, honey mustard, or barbecue sauce.
