Fruits and Yogurt Parfaits

Here’s a simple and kid-friendly recipe for fruits and yogurt parfaits:

Ingredients:
– 1 cup of plain or vanilla yogurt
– 1 cup of mixed fresh fruits (such as strawberries, blueberries, bananas, and kiwi)
– 1/4 cup of granola or crushed graham crackers
– 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
– 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:
1. If using plain yogurt, you can sweeten it by stirring in honey and vanilla extract.
2. Wash and chop the fruits into small pieces.
3. In a clear glass or bowl, start by layering a spoonful of yogurt at the bottom.
4. Add a layer of mixed fruits on top of the yogurt.
5. Sprinkle a layer of granola or crushed graham crackers over the fruits.
6. Repeat the layers until the glass or bowl is filled, ending with a layer of fruits on top.
