- 1 pound ground beef or turkey

- 8 ounces lasagna noodles (broken into pieces)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese

Instructions:
- Cook the Meat:
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent (about 3-4 minutes).
- Add the ground beef or turkey. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
- Add Tomatoes and Seasoning:

- Once boiling, add the broken lasagna noodles to the skillet. Stir to combine.

- Mix in Cheese:
- Once the noodles are cooked, dollop spoonfuls of ricotta cheese over the top.
