Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 small flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage or diced ham
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: salsa, diced tomatoes, avocado, sour cream
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
