Cheesy Buttery Potato Mash

Here’s a kid-friendly recipe for Cheesy Buttery Potato Mash:

Ingredients:
– 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
– 1/4 cup butter
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Chopped chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
1. Place the cubed potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.

2. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the butter and mash the potatoes with a potato masher until smooth.
