Egg Drop Soup

Here’s a simple and kid-friendly recipe for egg drop soup:

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions:

  1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil over medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, beat the eggs together with the salt and ground ginger.
  3. Once the broth is boiling, slowly pour the beaten eggs into the pot while stirring the broth gently with a fork.
  4. The eggs will cook instantly and form thin ribbons in the broth.
  5. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the chopped green onions.
  6. Serve the egg drop soup hot and enjoy!
